Assignment and conditions of admission

We are looking forward to your application!

Condition for admission:

1. Minimum age 18. We can´t host underage!
2. University (College, Academy, Conservatory, Postgraduate etc.) or similar training.
3. Summer residence (Period July to September - minimum one month) for Volunteers, Trainees, Internship, etc..
4. Free availability can also be assigned to jobholders and employees for a limited period - minimum one month.
5. If your stay is shorter than one month, please book at our hotel.

Students can stay for a year (12 months), several years, or just for one semester.
A break from the reservation is possible during the summer if the room is not needed.
The period of notice for termination is one month in advance, by the end of the month.

We reply to every application!

Application is free of charge.

We will work on your application usually within five labour days.We kindly ask you for your understanding, if it takes us more time to work on your case ( Holidays, beginning of semester).

In case we can offer any accommodation to you, we will give you an option.

To confirm our option, you will have to pay a deposit of 600,-€. After deposit payment we will give you a booking confirmation.

Booking is only valid after deposit payment and our booking confirmation!
