The central location of our house makes it easy to reach all the sights in the inner-city by walking. Actually, you could even leave your car at home, because you can reach all attractions of Vienna on foot or by public transport - easy, economically and fast!
We are located around the corner of the famous "Wiener Naschmarkt", many restaurants and market stalls invite for tasting.
Further, you can eat wonderfully at the "Naschmarkt" - many cozy pubs and restaurants of all kinds - from "Palatschinkenkuchl" to great fish restaurants are lined up close to one another - and you get the feeling to be on holiday, when you sit at one of the many cozy little tables in the sun, enjoying a glass of Prosecco. Just great! The Viennese people love it!

Opened in 1997 - Viennas largest Fleamarket is next to the Naschmarkt. Today, the market has an area of 7000 m² in the Art Nouveau atmosphere it is Saturdays fixed point for locals and guests.
On more than 400 "Standln"(market stalls) there are sold all kinds of art objects, used household items, literature, music and antiques.
The chance is great to find an original viennese souvenir.

And just outside the "1000m barrier" is the landmark of Vienna: Vienna's St. Stephen's Cathedral.
If you stroll through the "Naschmarkt", pass by at the Vienna Secession and the State Opera, than and go over the Kärtnerstrasse, you are in about 25 - 30 minutes of walk at the St. Stephen's Square.
With the underground U4 Schloß Schönbrunn can be reached within 15 minutes, to Karlsplatz you go 1 station and its a "a stone´s throw" to the the City Air Terminal - station "Landstraße Wien Mitte" - with the U4 just 3 stations.
