How to visit Vienna in a barrier-free way!

Our new house is nearly 100 percent wheelchair accessible. We have 9 double rooms (5 of which have twin beds) which we offer to guests who are travelling with a wheelchair.

On your request we can provide a shower chair or a shower chair to roll into to the shower. Please inform us about your requests while booking a room. If you need other aids like a lifiting crane or a wheelchair, we ask you to order this aids by yourself. Please note that the delivery and the collection of orthopedic aids can be only carried out on weekdays.

Even groups are using this service and cope well with the conditions in and around our house. For groups we can also arrange half-board in our hotel. Please ask for our catering service.

Of course there are also small obstacles in our house e.g the entrance to our garage. You have to get out of your car to press the bell to the reception desk. If you are confined to a wheelchair and are travelling alone by car please call us when standing in front of the gate, then we will open it and will also help you with your luggage. There are 2 disabled parking spaces in the garage.
