People form over 30 nations live under our roof. Here you will have a good opportunity to meet people with a different history, experience and mentality. You can find young people with different job-trainings and different fields of study which broadens the variety of our community.
Since the winter semester 2007 we offer an additional 150 living quarters in the form of double and single apartments equipped with shower/toilett, kitchenette, internet access, telephone and SAT-TV. The furnishing is friendly, modern, comfortable, and there is enough storage space so you won’t perish in your messiness.Our house is a 100% barrier-free. Five apartments are equipped for disabled.
Parking spots in the underground garage can be rented.
Our office hours:
monday and thursday: 9 - 11:30 AM and 2:30 - 5 PM
tuesday, wednesday and friday: 9 - 11:30 AM
In case of emergency - if the office is closed - please contact reception desk, it's 24 hours on duty.
A lively social interaction in our house is important for us- therefor there is an adequate number of music, studying, and recreation rooms for our tenants. In a turbulent, always changing environment it is not always easy to find one’s footing and to keep it. If difficult living situations occur our president, Alfred Weiss, is willing to collaborate in order to find a suitable solution. It is important for our president to find ways out of apparent impasses collusively. We know very well that the individual steps have to be taken by the person concerned on their own, although it can help a lot to take some of the steps together.
In our house we have an junior Kolping Society as well, the head is Christian Pirker. It's his part to have conversation with the students living here and the organisation of events.
